Spider Connect acts solely as a technology platform connecting users with Waltz, Inc. Spider Connect does not originate, broker, or fund loans. All lending-related services are subject to Waltz’s terms and applicable state licensing requirements. Certain states may not be eligible for referrals or incentives.
The platform is offered “as is,” without guarantees of continuous availability or complete accuracy. Spider is not responsible for damages caused by interruptions, errors, unauthorized access, or data loss.
