Miami, FL. (September 16, 2016)- Spider, an all-in-one real estate solutions company, announced the signature of a strategic alliance agreement with real estate brokerage firm Cervera Real Estate.
Cervera's presence in the South Florida real estate market spans almost half a century. With more than 50,000 condominium units sold, and over 100 condominium projects exclusively represented, the firm is one of the most reputable leaders in the industry.

The first project to fall within the scope of the alliance will be 25, a boutique, middle-market condo that Spider is developing in Edgewater, where other iconic projects represented by Cervera are located.
Located at 123 NE 25th St., the 12-story building will include a theater room and a music room at the mezzanine level. The fourth floor, in which will be most of the building’s amenities, will have areas for both fun and fitness: a multi-purpose room, a fully-equipped fitness center, a spinning room, as well as outdoor areas for yoga, a Japanese garden, a BBQ area, and comfortable benches for reading and lounging. There will be a sundeck area with a pool on the twelfth floor.
Units will be available with configurations that range from one to three bedrooms, and the average price will be around 330,000$ in the kick off. Sizes will range approximately from 700 sq ft to 1500 sq ft. In the fourth floor, units will have particularly large terraces of approximately 1000 sq ft.
Spider expects to break ground for the project by the first quarter of 2017.
Architectural firm Behar Font & Partners, P.A., will design the project, further consolidating a working relationship that already spans three projects currently developed by Spider: Spark, a high-end, 27-story tower located at the heart of Edgewater; 25, a boutique, middle-end, 93-unit condo project, also in Edgewater; and OWN, a millennials-focused, 44-room boutique hotel in North Beach.
